所有條款適用於所有個人委託、同人委託及作品交換等委託。在申請委托之前，請必須先仔細閱讀內容並明白所有服務條款，若您違反任何服務條款，我方將保留任何追究的權利。

All terms apply to all personal, fanart, and item exchange commissions.
Please read carefully and understand the instructions before commissioning.

If you were found violating any terms stated, we will reserve any right to pursue.

Attention

若沒清楚說明檔案格式，我方將會自行決定。
在申請委托時請說明稿件用途，若經發現用途與申請時所說不相同，我方有權追究。（適用於個人委託及商用委託）
委托用稿件不得盜用、描圖、二次加工及自作發言。（適用於個人委託及商用委託）
不設印刷及手繪服務。
不降價。
未成年者不得申請成年向委托。
申請厚塗委托時請注明要有線稿或無線稿，否則我方將會自行決定。
我方有權以無通知的情況下更改條款。

If no specific type of file is clearly mentioned, we will decide situationally.
Please specify the usage of the commission. If the purpose was found differently from our discussion, we will reserve any right to pursue it. (Applicable to personal entrustment and commercial entrustment)
Commissioned work can not be pirated, copied, edited, and self-claimed. (Applicable to personal entrustment and commercial entrustment)
Printing and hand-painted services are not provided.
No price-cuts.
Minors are forbidden from the adult-content commission.
When ordering any detailed commissions, please specify if it will be a lined or lineless drawing, or else we will decide situationally.
We have the right to edit the terms and conditions without notifications.

Working time

由於我方身體狀況變數很大，所以會根據我方當天的身體狀況衡量是否適合工作再進行繪制，否則將會延遲無限的工作天，直到身體狀況回復至適合工作的程度。而每次工作天的工作時間為4小時。若急有所需，請根據下列的時間表提前一至兩個月申請委托。

Due to personal varying health conditions, every day will be considered if it is available to work, or else the completion of the commission will be delayed until physically recovered. Our working time every day is 4 hours.

Commission Process

討論詳情 → 確認委托 → 付訂金/全款 → 開始繪制 → 確認稿件 → 付尾款 → 交稿。（一般情況下）

一切討論及付款過程將作留記錄，以保障雙方權益用途。

Editing Request

草稿期間接受無限修改，包括更換角色。

定好草稿打後，免費修改次數限4次，若超額後每次修改需加收費 60 HKD。

完成稿件後，只接受微細修改。

Commission piece will accept unlimited times of editing, including character exchanges,
during the sketching period. After the sketching period, 4 times of free editing requests are
granted. An additional of 60HKD (230TWD/8USD) will be charged per requests after 4
attempts. After the work is completed, only minor changes are accepted.

payment

不設退款。（包括訂金）
若委托金超過300 HKD，可接受分期付款。會視委托金數目決定如何分期。
會根據稿件複雜程度調整收費標準。
我方有權公開委託作品，不得要求我方不公開委託作品。如有需要，可要求我方何時才可以公開委託作品。
商業用途需以個人用途的價目乘以 4 倍，而使用期限為6個月，如過期後要繼續使用需付上首期價目續使用期。
買斷擁有權需以個人用途的價目乘以10倍，如是商業用途的情況下買斷擁有權需以商業用途的價目乘以10倍。
若有意分層檔案或原始檔案，需另外購買。
同時委托多於五份或以上的稿件，將會有 8.5 折優惠。

No refunds (including deposit)
If the commission has exceeded 300HKD (1140TWD/40USD), an instalment plan can be accepted. The plan will be decided depending on the prices discussed.
Depending on the complexity of the commission, the prices can vary.
Our side has the right to publicly entrust the work and shall not require not to publicly entrust the work. If necessary, ask our side when we can publicly commission the work.
Commercial use must be multiplied by 4 times the price for personal use. The use period is 6 months, if you want to continue to use it after the expiration, you need to pay the price of the first instalment for renewal.
Buy-out ownership needs to be multiplied by 10 times the price for personal use. In the case of commercial use, buy-out ownership needs to be multiplied by 10 times the price for commercial use.
If intended to get the layered file or original file, purchase meant is required.
If more than 5 orders are commissioned at the same time, an 85% discount(15%off) will be granted.
